The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise requires, carry the meanings assigned to them as follows: “https://www.indoremaac.com” refers to and includes the MAAC website or mobile application owned and operated by MAAC on the internet and relevant platforms.
“Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies of websites, applications, or portals linked to this platform, including any amendments, modifications, or replacements made from time to time.
“User” means any individual who visits the website to view the services offered, while a “Registered User” refers to any person who registers on the website or mobile application by providing the required details and completing necessary payments. “Offerings” include any services or product capabilities displayed by a User or Registered User, and “Requirements” refer to any needs related to their business activities on the platform.
“Courses” denote the educational programs listed on the website or application, and “Course Fees” refer to the applicable charges payable by a student for enrollment. “Content” includes text, graphics, images, videos, audio, and other materials. “Listing” refers to courses made available by MAAC. “Payment Method” means any mode of payment added to a user’s account, and “Tutor” refers to a member selected by MAAC to provide services.
MAAC respects and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Some of the key ways we comply with these regulations are as follows: We clearly explain what users are consenting to without complex legal language and obtain explicit consent before contacting them.
In the event of a data breach, we notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. Users also have the right to request confirmation on whether their personal data is being processed, including details of where and for what purpose, and we provide a copy of such data in electronic format upon request.
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data, and after balancing this request with public interest requirements, we may erase such data. A User may access course materials available on the website, while registration is required to become a Registered User and gain full access.
During registration, the User must provide personal details such as full name, mobile number, and email ID. Verification is completed via a system-generated email, after which the account is activated. Users may also register using their Google or Facebook accounts, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Upon successful registration through any method, the User becomes a Registered User with a unique user ID.
The Registered User confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and agrees to promptly update any changes. If any information is found to be false or misleading, the Owner reserves the right to reject registration or suspend access without prior notice. The Owner may also terminate or restrict access to any account at its sole discretion, at any time, for violations of these Terms or other policies.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases involving objectionable or harmful content, including but not limited to pornographic material, offensive or religiously sensitive content, or any material promoting violence, terrorism, illegal activities, or discrimination. The Owner may also prohibit re-registration of previously terminated users and take legal action in cases of misuse, including impersonation or unauthorized use of another user’s details.
MAAC will create listings of various online courses, including details such as subject, topics, number of sessions, mode of delivery, lecture timings, pricing, and related rules and financial terms, all of which will be made publicly available on the website and application. The placement or ranking of these listings in search results may vary depending on multiple factors, including student preferences and ratings.
Students can browse and view courses through the website, application, and services based on listing information, their individual requirements, and search preferences. Once a student requests enrollment in a course, they will not be charged a price higher than what is listed on the website or application.
If you are a teacher, you acknowledge that your relationship with MAAC is strictly that of an independent member and third-party contractor, and not that of an employee, agent, or partner. You act solely on your own behalf and not for MAAC, and MAAC does not control your offline activities. You agree not to create any misleading impression of association, endorsement, or partnership with MAAC, including through improper use of its intellectual property.
Any person who accesses this website agrees not to display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, share or otherwise make available on the website, any content and/or material that is unlawful, unsolicited including unsolicited messages, e-mails, and/or material which contains viruses, trojans, worms, files or software intended to interrupt, corrupt, destroy, limit the use, access or functionality of the website.
The Registered User also agrees not to display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, share or otherwise make available, any content and/or material that is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, abusive, invasive of another person’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging or relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling etc. behalf.
The Registered User agrees not to display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, share or otherwise make available any content and/or material which is in violation of patents, trade mark, copyright or any other proprietary rights of other person/people.
You understand and agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing your use of the website and that you will not misuse the platform or its content in any manner. You may not access, use, or expose any MAAC content that is not publicly available, or use it in a way that violates MAAC’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or the rights of other users or third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
You agree not to harass, stalk, or harm other users, nor collect or store their personal information except as required for legitimate course-related transactions. You may not contact other members for purposes unrelated to course enrollment or platform usage, nor solicit users to join competing or third-party services without prior written approval from MAAC. Additionally, you must not impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
You are prohibited from using automated scripts or tools to extract data or interact with the platform, and you may not attempt to bypass the platform by directly engaging with students outside the system to avoid fees. Any attempts to probe, test, or breach the security of MAAC’s systems or networks are strictly forbidden, as is any violation of these Terms or related policies and standards.
You must not accept or make payments for course fees outside the MAAC platform. Any such action will be considered a breach of these Terms, and you accept full responsibility and risk for such transactions while agreeing to hold MAAC harmless from any resulting liability.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event shall the Owner or its employees, group companies or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential damages or damages of any other kind incurred by the Registered User or any third party arising out of the Registered User’s access or use or inability to access or use the website and/or its Services.
The Information and Services displayed through the website may include inaccuracies. Additionally, a possibility exist that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made by third parties to the website.
The Owner shall not be held liable and/or responsible for any fake identity, fake calls, frauds caused through people through the help of the website.
In any event, the Owner will not be held liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the website.
The User or Registered User expressly agrees that the Owner is not responsible for the information posted and/or shared by the User Registered User
The Registered User expressly agrees that Owner is not responsible and/or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights. The Registered User specifically agrees that the Owner will not be held responsible and/or liable for any content/data sent using and/or included on /the website or Service by any third party/parties.
NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained herein, in any event, the liability of the, financial or otherwise, suffered to the Owner of the website shall be limited to the amount paid by the Registered User and shall not exceed the sale value.
The website is provided by the Owner, on “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. The Registered User will use this website at his/her/their own risk. The website disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability.
The details and/or information provided by the Owner make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website and/or the information contained on the website for any purpose. Any relation the Registered User places on such information are therefore strictly at their own risk.
The Registered User agrees that the Owner is not be held responsible or held liable for any transaction between the Registered User and third-party providers (including payment gateways etc.) of MAAC or Services provided through the website. No advice or information whether oral or in writing received from the Registered User of the website shall create any warranty on behalf of the Owner in this regard.
The Registered User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner from any suits, claims, losses, fines, penalties, damages, liabilities, demands, expenses including, but not limited to, reasonable legal expenses and accounting fees arising out of and/or in connection with any violation and/or act and/or omission committed and/or alleged to be committed by the Registered User.
At the outset, we thank you for choosing MAAC. We strive to deliver high-quality curriculum and information through downloadable or streaming courses and aim to provide technically flawless services. However, in certain cases, refunds may not be possible, although we will always make our best efforts to address any queries or concerns raised by users.
By placing an order for any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to MAAC’s terms and conditions, including this refund policy. Refunds may be considered in situations where a Registered User has made payment but has not received the course material at all.
Refunds will generally not be provided for partial technical issues; however, in such cases, MAAC may replace the affected content, such as video or audio files, on a case-by-case basis. Similarly, if any file is incompatible with a user’s device, MAAC may provide a suitable replacement wherever possible.
All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or resolutions remain at the discretion of MAAC, and each case will be evaluated individually to ensure fairness and proper service delivery.
Except as they may be supplemented by additional MAAC policies, guidelines, standards, or terms for a specific product, feature, service or offering, these Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between MAAC and you regarding the Site, Application, Services, Collective Content (excluding Payment Services), and any enrolments made via the website, Application and Services (excluding Payment Services), and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between MAAC and you regarding enrolments, the website, Application, Services, and Collective Content (excluding Payment Services).
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site, Application and Services ("Feedback"). You may submit Feedback by emailing us, through the "Contact" section of the Site and Application, or by other means of communication. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback you give us will be the sole and exclusive property of MAAC and you hereby irrevocably assign to MAAC and agree to irrevocably assign to MAAC all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein, and waive any moral rights you may have in such Feedback. At MAAC ‘s request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as MAAC may reasonably request to assist MAAC to acquire, perfect, and maintain its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the Feedback.
